Important: Investment in teacher training:
Supreme Decree N º 007-2007-ED establishing the National Lifelong Education and Training, responsible for developing actions aimed at improving in-service training of teachers in public educational institutions nationwide. In the Public Sector Budget for Fiscal Year 2011, authorizing the Ministry of Education to grant an exceptional financial allocation in the amount of S /. 250.00 by expenditure shift in favor of the teachers participating in the National Education and Training Standing created by Supreme Decree No. 007-2007-ED, and an allowance for amounts outstanding of S /. 150.00 and S /. 250.00 to teachers who achieve the level of adequate or outstanding.

The Ministry of Education, through the Secretariat of Strategic Planning, referred to the MEF, the database with the list of teachers who have received training and support in the period 20047 to 2010, and which is intended to meet 2011, before March 31, 2011.
Thus, while not referred these databases can not begin processing the application for transfer of resources.

Important: The approval of teachers university is allocated in the Public Sector Budget for FY 2011, the sum of S /. 230 million to complete the third stage of approval, and expanding and improving services in the amount of S /. 249 million for 231 projects for public investment.

Investment Executive is authorized to incorporate in Organisations: Regional Government, Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health, the appropriations of the funding source regular resources allocated in fiscal year 2010, not would have accrued at 31 December of that year for the continuity of public investment projects.
