According to information from National Household Survey - The Survey 2009, issued in May of this year, 12.5% \u200b\u200bof the adult population from seventy-five (75) years of age is in extreme poverty, and consequently it is exposed to risks of physical and mental health, poor diet and nutrition, economic deprivation and neglect;

The social vulnerability described, it is necessary and urgent to establish a mechanism for assistance and protection for this particular social group excluded existing social programs, through the provision of direct monetary transfers without which this target population could not secure the basic conditions for subsistence.

Objective: Transfer, directly, financial subsidies to adults from the seventy-five (75) years of age.

Duration: from August 28 to December 31, 2010.

Requirements:
